Pink (barely there) spotting after...

Ok so I'm 7w1d and I went to the bathroom (#2) and I had some pinkish brown spotting on the toilet paper when I wiped the front. This happened 2 weeks ago too after I had gone to the bathroom as well. I didn't get seen that day and had bloodwork last Wednesday but they haven't called to tell me the #s which I'm assuming means they were okay. I have an ultrasound on Friday.

Anyone had this and everything was ok?! I'm worried since this is the 2nd time it's happened.

Also, I am sick every single day but today was the first time I was sick upon waking up. So I'm thinking it's a good thing I'm feeling sick lol
