Tmj 😩😩
Does anyone else deal with tmj? I’ve had it for awhile now & ever since I got a filling last week it’s nonstop 24/7 throbbing pain in my left jaw & bottom left molar. It’s litterly a 15 out of 10 pain wise. I use a mouth guard I got from my previous dentist, & even switched to a tmj specialized dentist. Any tips on the pain? 😩
