Temptation & Fear

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years and everything has been great excep for the lack of sex in our lives. He’s down and I'm down but I just can't bring myself to do it and it's only because of fear. Yes, I know we've been together for 3 years and he’ll love me regardless but the demon in my head is giving me self-doubts and making me feel less than, anyways I just need advice on how to get rid of these doubts, let go and be free.😂
