4/5wks pregnant with spot bleeding

Hey all, I’m 4-5wks pregnant and I got little freaked out tonight. *TMI post*; I’ve been having mild to moderate cramps on and off all day. Almost like I was getting my period but obviously I didn’t. I went to pee and wipes, saw little blood. Then my hubby and I were making love them after I found some light spotting from that too.

So since I’m almost 5wks, I think it’s past implantation bleeding. Since I’m further along in 1st trimester.

However Is this something I should be concerned about it? I read it’s normal for spot bleeding throughout pregnancy but just wanted to ask you all. Is this spot bleeding normal during sex?
