Is it possible to have implantation bleeding right after period?

I had my regular period. A few days shortly I get up to use it and I wiped before using it because I felt more than normal fluid. On the tissue I saw some bright red/orange color. Later that day, I wiped and seen pink, like a rose pink then a darker pink. It looked watery ( I didn’t touch to get texture). Later again, I then wiped to see and it was pink there but more brown. What could this be? No I don’t have an std. I read an article and one lady experience the same thing and was pregnant.
