You can go through an adoption agency, read packets and conduct interviews with potential parents and choose who your baby will go to. You can choose an open or closed adoption. Speak to your ob or pediatrician to see if they can direct you. Also, hospitals typically provide a location where you can drop off your baby no questions asked. They can even provide access to social workers who can help you through the process as well and lead you in the best direction. Best of luck, this cannot be an easy decision for you.
