19+1 sick again

So I have had morning sickness the whole pregnancy so far just like my last one, but I was at a point where I was only throwing up every few days and had no troubles keeping food or drink down. Now all of a sudden this morning I have thrown up twice and feel weak and having trouble with eating. Have a dr appointment later today and I have already lost weight all pregnancy and had some key tones last appointment so I am a little anxious in addition to the every appointment anxiety that i have had since having a miscarriage before my daughter was born
