Taking a break

Has anyone else had issues in the bed with their man? Our sex is honestly great but the last week we’ve had sex he can’t cum unless we go absolutely crazy and it actually makes me hurt sometimes. I talked to him and asked what’s been going on, if his mind is distracted etc and he said no and he’s getting frustrated too because he would like to finish too. Has anyone had these issues? What did you do? We said we’re gonna take a 2-3 day break to see if that helps, but idk if that’s gonna work or not. HELP!
