Lack of hunger?

I haven't been that hungry the last couple days. I've been forcing myself to eat because I don't want my twins to starve. I've been getting car sick so if I ride in a car too long I get nauseous and sick and wanna lay down. I'm 14 weeks today but it doesnt seem like all day sickness wants to let up.
On the plus side I actually FINALLY had a real #2 today after struggling the past few days.

This is me right now. I know I have to eat because of all the medications I’m taking in order to keep them down, and because if I don’t, I get shaky, but....otherwise, I’m totally just not hungry. At all.

I don’t eat much. And it’s not because of nausea or anything I just have no desire or hunger pangs. I could easily survive on just 4 mandarin oranges for the entire day.

I could have written this! I had my first real poo recently.  I'm never hungry but constantly eating ... and losing weight!!!
