Anyone with sharp back pain?

I’m 12 and 5 days today. I’ve seen the baby a few times (measuring ahead, great heartbeat). I had right side stabbing back pain in the first few weeks, was checked for ectopic at that point, at 5 weeks the pain went away. Tonight it came back 10 times worse - Anyone experience this type of pain or know what it might be? Bringing it up to my doc on Wednesday and relying on a heat up pad for now.

I had it so bad the first time I was pregnant.it was only on the right side and I would literally be crying on the floor because nothing helped. Ended up having to take oxycodone for that but that was after they confirmed my daughter was literally crushing my kidney and wouldn’t get off it no matter what they did. When she finally did move (2weeks later) it was like I never had the pain. Hope this baby stays OFF my kidneys.

I’ve had terrible back pain with both of my pregnancies... like sometimes can’t walk bad. Doc says normal (I’ve also always had a somewhat bad back and my uterus tilts back). What I’ve found really helps for me is making sure i stretch for at least 10 min or so every day and definitely the heating pad. It went away with my last pregnancy so I’m assuming it will go away this time also.
