Anyone’s symptoms worse in the 2nd trimester?

I was lucky to have a fairly easy 1st trimester with only mild nausea and tiredness, and now that I’m starting my 2nd trimester I feel like my symptoms have kicked it up a notch.  Anyone else experience the same thing?

Yes! Me too! Migraines and more nausea after a pretty uneventful first trimester. Every day is different though and I never know what the day will being. Today it was constipation and the worst acid reflux of my life!

I wasn’t sick at all in the first trimester other than being super tired. Now that I’m in my second, I have more food aversions and nausea.

Yup I’m 15 weeks . I’m weak, nauseous and light headed feeling. My cramps are gone but replaced by back ache
