Clomid pregnancy question

Wasn’t sure exactly what board to post this in so I’m trying here first. Any ladies out there who got pregnant on Clomid, did you have ovary pain around the time you should ovulate in your next cycle after bfp? I’m at the day before ovulation if I hadn’t gotten pregnant last month and have been having twinges off and on today in my right ovary area. Wondering if my body was just used to the medication or if there was a bit left in my system? Idk...just trying to figure out what these twinges are. Help please!
