How much milk does your 1 year old drink?

I keep hearing mixed things. We don't see my son's pediatrician until middle of January. Let me know how much you're little one drinks as well as how much food throughout the day. What is their schedule like? 1 nap or 2 naps? Milk before bed? 😵

I was told 15 to 20 oz max. Anymore than 20 oz can lead to the child having anemia. My daughter (14 months) gets 8 to 10 oz (sometimes she steals her brothers cup for that extra 2 oz before I can get to it 🤦‍♀️) in the morning after waking up and she gets the same amount after her nap in the afternoon. My son kinda dictated the schedule, so she got used to it and just ran with it when it was time to switch to milk.

So I was told at 12 months to only give 16oz of milk IF baby/Toddler is eating enough nutrients throughout the day.  I usually give my son a 4oz sippy cup in the morning, maybe one or two more 4oz in the afternoon, and an 8oz bottle at night.
