Does your SO help at night?

My husband usually gets home around dinner time and doesn't usually help. He will sometimes play with our son while I clean up dinner and about once a week will bring our son in the shower with him. I have it fairly easy as a SAHM, we have just one 20 month old, but I also nanny a 5 month old 30 hours a week. Anyway, I just want to know what the norm is. I am going to ask him to do bedtime tonight. I'm so behind on laundry and dishes and just need a break. The toddlerness is setting in 😩
