How to wean baby off breast?

I’m not looking for any judgment, just looking for some advice. I’ve been breastfeeding my daughter for 7 months and I feel like it’s time to stop breastfeeding since I’m going to be working full time pretty soon. How do I get the process started? How do I go about it? I need help. Like I said please no judgment.

Start switching her to formula and introducing bottles if you haven’t. Start by giving bottles of just breast milk when you’d normally breastfeed, then slowly add formula in every few days (so for 2-3 days you add a little formula, then the next 2-3 days you add more, etc). Until he eventually is drinking just formula bottles

Drop one nursing session and give formula instead every week until you are down to nothing.  You don’t want to quit cold turkey because you risk mastitis that way.  The last week put cabbage in your bra.  That should dry you up.
