Feeling like something is wrong🙁

Our baby girl just turned 3 months on the 15th and from week 4 to about week 8 she cried a decent bit but she has regular poops and was peeing everyday. But from week 10-12 she has screamed and i mean SCREAMED, ALOT. We started working her legs and realized she has gas and she maybe poops once every other day but they're very runny and slimy and green. I am working at cutting dairy out of my diet completely at the moment but its to a point the poor thing screams until she falls asleep finally. Any input on what may be causing this aside from a possible dairy intolerance? I thought maybe tomato as well but im at a loss. I just dont want her to keep screaming like she has been since i seem to be the only one who can calm her down
