My roommate is a pot user and his father owns the house.

My mom is married to the man that owns the house that I live in with a pot head. He has also been known to do Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds and Mushrooms. His father has yet to call the police over the matter and has told his wife “You can’t let this go, you will never be able to let this go will you!” My mom is seeking professional help along with myself. We are having a difficult time keeping food in the house just based on this problem. His rent has gone way down and his bill on illicit drugs has gone way up. The AMOUNT and FREQUENCY of this is out of control. Our neighbors are seeing this happening at 2300 hrs. to 0345 hrs. Am I blowing this out of proportion? Should I let this go? Would YOU report it? Would you report it anonymously to the police? I really at wits end here.
