Am I being selfish?

I was in the hospital 3 days ago due my lung disease getting worse, my oxygen got really bad and I was scared to drive myself. Well I asked my boyfriend if he could help and he said he was kind of tied up and would be going out to town with his buddies within an hour. So I had to drive myself, I was having hallucinations and my head felt really light like I was going to pass out.. I made it safely, got a bunch of tests, treatments, etc. He never even visited while I was there overnight. I drove myself home the next morning. Fast forward to today, he was at work, and supposedly isn't allowed to leave. Well his grandmother gets a phone call and it's a scammer trying to scam her out of a lot of money, and he was going to be calling her back by 2pm with details on where to send the money. So he hears about this, leaves work to call this person back and cuss them out.. when she didn't fall for it, didn't lose money, nothing serious happened.. he just wanted to give him a piece of his mind. Yet he wouldn't take 30 minutes out of his busy day to take me to the hospital? He never is there when I need him and when at work he used the excuse he's too busy and isn't allowed to leave.. I feel very unimportant and depressed because he has been putting everyone before me the past few months. He only seems to want to see or talk to me when he wants something.

I just want someone else's opinion on this, so honestly am I being selfish and over dramatic, or is his behavior wrong?
