MIL issues.

My MIL has never liked me or anyone that my husband has ever been with. She wouldn't even hug me or look at me on our wedding day. The last year or so she has been really shit towards my husband and hes been pretty down about it. She only calls him to stress him out and never comes to see our babies which really bothers us as she lives down the street. So my husband has gotten so stressed lately his vision is one eye was going blurry and a retina specialist said he has swelling behind the macula which can be caused from stress and people with type A personality are more likely tp develop it. So for 3 weeks he avoided his sister and mom and thankfully the fluid is gone, but it affected his vision so he needs glasses. My husband and I decided to keep my MIL out of the delivery and recovery process and we just want to relax at home with our babies. My mom says we should atleast send her a message, only thing is when we ask her not to post the announcement she does so anyway and did it last grandbaby. My husband said he doesn't even want to contact her. Any opinions? Again, this is a woman that never bothers with her son or grandbabies. And I need my husband clear headed to help take care of me and become a dad again.
