Not pregnancy/period related..

So I'm not sure how the courts work really but anyways, my husband missed a court date but the next day we went and he got a motion form to fill out to reset his date, but due to him missing they gave him a warrant for failure of showing. We're getting that sorted but until then he's also going to court for something else and he has an appt on the 27th, he will still have the warrant by then but I was wondering if he's handling the motion form could they arrest him on the 27th and if so for how long? It's a Thursday so I'm thinking Friday the next day after the court he'd be released but not 100% I'm just worried because we're having a c section on the 31st and Id be heart broken if he missed the birth. Thanks for any help..
