Is it true that eating spicy foods or peppers help you go to induce/labor???... Anyone else done it before??...

Yes it does reduce labor . Cuz I ate spicy chicken wings . And I went into labor

No. Nothing worked for me besides being medically induced which I hope to never need again.

Getting in "the mood" with your partner may help. Or so one of cousins told me worked for her the 3 times lol.
