Help can’t eat :(
Once I hit 3rd trimester I’ve had ZERO appetite.
I’m to the point that I can only get down one food item a day. I’m super dizzy and feel faint cause I’m not eating / very low iron. I’m on iron pills and my prenatal vitamin.
What are some food items that are easy to get down and will make me feel better ?
