New relationship

Hi, so I have a boyfriend now .. I’m 16 and he’s 16 but I’m older by a few months. We started dating recently but have talk for about 2 months. We live close but we don’t see each other often because we don’t go to the same school. I met him recently for about 2 hours but I want to see him more. I don’t have my license and he doesn’t. We just have permits. My mom is really iffy about my driving so I can’t get my hours for my license right now. He wanted to come over and my parents do mjnd but they are strict. If he comes .. he had to drive by himself even though he only had a permit and my parents aren’t gonna like that. I’m getting frustrated. I want to spend time with him and I pretty much came except for the driving aspect.

Someone please help me come up with ideas for us to hang out. I really want to spend time with him.
