EXTREME hip pain on one side, 31 weeks pregnant

I was just laying down and then all the sudden i got a bad stabbing pain in my hip. It wasn’t that bad at first and I could kind of ignore it, but now I’m struggling to breathe and it hurts so bad that my heart is beating pretty fast. Should I call my doctor? Or should I just wait til it passes. I’m going to take a hot bath with Epsom salts regardless but I don’t know if this is normal or not
