How far along in a pregnancy should a woman stop lifting heavy objects?

New mom to be. Curious when I should stop lifting things. Ie, I always carry ALL grocery bags inside at once to avoid making multiple trips.

If you did it before pregnancy you're fine to continue. Just do it carefully and listen to your body. If you feel like it's becoming too much, cut back.

I do home health and lift people. Dr said if I do it correctly and my body is used to it I can continue until I deliver as long as nothing else happens.

I was told it’s fine lifting but nothing over 20lbs

Dial it back from what you normally do if you're struggling but really you can do what you did before, just have to be more attentive to your body (move slowly and be mindful that your joints are more flexible and you shouldnt twist too much.)
