Hi ladies! So my hubby and I found out we are pregnant just over a week ago, a few days after we found out I started spotting 😕 it’s been light brown and not having any cramps so we’re just watching my HCG levels. Well anyway I’m a heavier girl, and I feel so bad. Like my weight is hurting my baby 😩 I’ve been really watching what I eat and being really good, and I’ve been drinking a lot of water. Well I did my log for today and it said that I may be drinking too much water. I always thought the more water the better for the baby. My question is, how did you judge how much water you drink per day? And have your OB’s given you any advice on your weight or what you can do to better take care of baby?
