New job mess. Help!

I recently went to two interviews: one with Domino’s and one with 24hr Fitness but 24hr wasn’t my preferred one and I just went for courtesy since I had the interview scheduled after a promising job at Domino’s. I get a second interview for 24hr because I still haven’t gotten a call back from the hiring team at Domino’s and then 24 tells me they will call me tonight with an answer. No call from any. Then, the morning after the conversation at 24 they call me and offer a job. I said yes since Domino’s didn’t call me back in almost a week and then, about 2 hrs after this, Domino’s calls me and asks me to go and train at their “school” which is about 1 hr away; I tell them I got an offer earlier and had to honor it. Well, I start my livescan process for 24hr and the manager calls me and tells me to apply online so they can send me the paperwork to my email. I have applied here before and they have said I’m not a good fit except not for that specific location; so I go online and do my thing and I get an email saying “you’re not a good fit” almost immediately after submitting so I’m like... huh? 😳 my thought was since this is automated and I have already applied maybe this is why. I try again with another email yet same name and all and same thing, not a good fit after immediately submitting. Now, here’s the thing: I have paid over $100 in background checks and fingerprints and you can only do that when they have moved forward with you so they can 100% reimburse you and I told him yesterday when he called that I was going in to get my fingerprints today and he said awesome because he wants me to do that ASAP. Also, I was interviewed by 3 managers and applied at a job board (Indeed.com), and they all agreed to hire me.

I’m supposed to go in later today to turn some papers in so they can be mailed to an agency but I’m seriously very scared because I did put a 3 week notice at my current job and they know that, and also I just dismissed Domino’s offer. I don’t know if they will say they can’t move forward anymore because of that... has this ever happened to anyone or if you’re a manager can you do that? Anyone that works at 24hr that can answer it?
