5 week ultrasound

So I went in yesterday for an ultrasound. My last period was October 29th. My cycles are always between 35 and 41 days. I explained this and they still tried to say I'm 7 weeks. I don't have 28 day cycles!!!! They did an abdominal ultrasound and couldn't really see anything. The unterine lining is thick like it should be and she thought she saw a tiny "blip". They didn't even do a vaginal one, even though I am fairly certain it would have been more accurate. So they drew blood to check my hcg and I don't hear back until Monday. And the very young doctor who came in to speak with me (my regular doctor wasn't in the office) said I would probably have another miscarriage. WTF??? There are no signs of miscarriage and I'm on progesterone suppositories per my doctor. I'm so frustrated and hurt. By the way I only got my first positive last Friday Dec.14. I took another test yesterday because it freaked me out so bad. Here's the progression of the 3 minutes.
