Please help!!!!! Kinda long sorry

Friday night my husband took me to the hospital after having some really sharp pains and having the urge to push. I'm 33+5 right now. When we got to the hospital they said I was having contractions and they gave me a shot in the back of my arm to stop them. It worked but 20 mins later they came back just as bad. They gave me Tylenol and sent me home. My water has not broke but I am leaking fluids. U woke up this morning with the same pains just worse. She head down and don't move as much as she normally does. Any advice to help me out??? I was told by my doctor bed rest but that's hard with a 2 year and I baby sit a 2 year old and a 8 year old and I just recently got temporary custody of my 4 year old and 5 month old niece. The doctor knows I had my son 5 weeks early at 35 weeks. Just don't know what to do please help. This is my first time with the baby head down as well my son was breach.
