Boy trouble

My friend that I have been friends with since 8th and I had a crush on him and pushed him away because I was focusing on getting into Governor school and he started to dating my bully and she bullied because I was talking to him. He moved away because his mom had breast cancer. He was ignoring me and now he is trying to come back in my life and I am now at junior in high school. I have a crush on my best friend who is a guy and we have been friends since my 7th grade year. The boy I have been friends with since 8th grade year is guilted tripping me for liking my best friend. I don’t know what to do. What to do? Sincerely, lost girl
