Vacation advice please
So ive lost about 40 lbs. I would workout 5 days a week (weights and cardio). I worked so hard for this and i feel like im gaining it all back. We have been at my in-laws house for 1 week and still have 2 weeks left. They live in the middle of no where. The population is like 800-1,000 people so literally nothing here but 2 little stores. Anyways, the "closest" gym is about 35-40 minutes away. I try to run when i can but winter weather sucks. I feel like im letting myself down 😭 I loved my gym cause they had childcare so i can workout in peace and get in the zone but yea none of that is here so i have my 4 month old and 4 year old. What do you ladies do when youre on vacation to stay on track??
