Sorry but TMI

I hooked up with a guy almost two weeks ago. I had my first period in about 4 months due to birth control. Anyways I had my period after the hook up and when my period started I started getting really itchy down there. My period stopped about 3 days ago but I’m still really itchy and sorry but moist down there. Does this sound like a yeast infection or std? I have an appointment in a few days but I’m freaking out as the itching is getting worse.
