Please I need advice I feel lost and confused

I have been on the pill for almost two months and my second pill pack I missed week one pill two but remembered it and took it in less than 24 hours. Then I continued to take my regularly scheduled pill at night the same day. I didn’t miss any other pills after that.I had unprotected sex three days after. I’ve been having cramps for two weeks and nausea a lot. Many sources have been telling me it’s the birth control causing this but some say early pregnancy. I took two tests and we’re both negative ( I took this four days before my period). I called my doctor and planned parenthood and they both said I should be fine. Lately I have been having brown sticky discharge whenever I have to pee. Is this pregnancy or normal birth control / pms side effects ?
