HELP PLEASE: SICK & PREGNANT

Guys I feel like I’m dying. I caught a cold (of course just in time for the holidays) and have been sick for two now going on three days. I have a sore throat, sneezing, and head congestion including a constant stuff/runs when it wants to nose. It’s 2:00am where I am and just tried nasal rinse Tylenol sever cold and now have Vick’s on.... does anyone have any other suggestions on what to take? It’s the holidays so trying not to disturb my DR of possible. I’m 9+6 if that matters.
