Trying to lose weight is scary
I wanna start getting fit and lose some weight, do any of you girls/ladies have beginner workout methods? Do you’ve tips and such as well?

Finding the motivation to start this and keep it going is difficult and scary. I want my body to be healthy and I want to look good but I wanna do it the right way.
I wanna be able to give God glory through this. ❤️
