What is a Good Wii game for home exercise??
I have the Wii I haven’t used it in a long time. Ever since I moved 5 years ago it hasn’t been re hooked up. I want to hook it up but do t have many “work out games” mainly games. I do have one or two just dance I don’t know if that is good?
Instead of wasting money at the gym I can do it at home.
Any suggestion wii work outs?
