my baby is a week old and i was breastfeeding her and only gave her formula twice. im not breastfeeding anymore since my nipples got all bruised up, her latch was semi good but she would chomp on me rather than suck so now i am just pumping and giving her the bottle with my breastmilk. its annoying because i tell my doctors that i want to do formula and pump since it is convenient for me especially when i go back to work and school and they keep discouraging me from using formula. what worked for you mothers out there?? and how did you manage taking peoples input on strictly breastfeeding or strictly using formula??
