Antithrombin 3 disorder and pregnancy

Got my BFP yesterday. Was diagnosed with high homocysteine and slightly low antithrombin levels after 2 miscarriages.

I am taking extra folic acid for the homocysteine.

The OBs said the antithrombin levels were only slightly elevated so baby aspirin should do the trick but they will prescribe lovenox if it makes me feel better but it may be overkill.

I know its ultimately my choice but what would you guys do? Im leaning towards just doing the lovenox.

Does anyone have experience with this disorder? Again my levels were only slightly elevated which is why im hesitant about the shots.
