I feel like my boyfriend is hiding me

I’ve been with my boyfriend for a year and everything is pretty normal and happy. I’m close with his family and he has introduced me to all of his friends so it’s not like he’s hiding me from them. But a few months ago I posted a picture on Instagram of us and he then set his Instagram to not show any tagged photos. Then last night I posted a picture of us on Facebook for the first time and he removed it from his tagged photos. I know his phone password and he leaves it around me all the time so I don’t think he’s cheating but that’s definitely weird right?? Like we celebrated our first anniversary a few weeks ago but there is no mention of me on his social media at all. He’s a private person so I wasn’t bothered until yesterday when he literally got rid of a picture of us from his Facebook page.

Like I said, I really don’t think he’s cheating because there is nothing else wrong with the relationship. Idk if this makes sense but by getting rid of traces of me online I’m worried that he has the door open to other girls I guess? It just feels like he doesn’t want people he isn’t close to to know about me and I don’t know why or how to bring it up to him without looking like a crazy person
