Family Drama

Yesterday our family went to our mother’s house for Christmas. My mother and stepdad gave money to 3 of the grandchildren(they are 23,22 and 17). They have said before once you get married no more money.

My niece is 29, and lives in Nashville. But she is recently divorced. She has a job that pays pretty well.

Today my sister texted me, and said she was divorcing our mother. Because she is tired of our mother snubbing my niece. I didn’t say anything back.

My husband said I should stay out of it. Since my sister and mother are always fighting about something stupid.

I think my sister wants me to say something to our mother, but I am not.

I would like to tell her off, but I guess I am chicken.
