first pregnancy after miscarriage

I normally am not a poster, but I’ve been really nervous and need some reassurance. I had a blighted ovum miscarriage and D&C during my tenth week in August 2018. It was very hard emotionally and I suffered from depression/anxiety, having to go on meds and go to counseling just to function. Now I’m pregnant again and due on the one year anniversary of my D&C. I have my first ultrasound on Jan. 10 and I’ll be 7 weeks 5 days. They have me taking 100 mg progesterone suppositories every night for the first 12 weeks. I’m still on 75 mg of Zoloft too. I just feel like I’m the only one who deals with all this. Maybe it should be easier? I can’t even get excited.
