Can we fix it?.....

Can a husband and wife recover from a physical altercation were both 22. My husband got into a real fight we BOTH were wrong but he called the cops i didn't get arrested but he said he'll take everything back if we try to fix this. We've been together for 3 yrs married 4 months im bipolar and thats where alot of my rage comes from we were also trying to have our first baby and i stopped taking my meds. Stop trying for a baby until i can get different meds? Try to fix it just walk away.
