Hi girls I have a very important question to ask

Well I was diagnosed with endometriosis for a few year know well I finally got pregnant on feb of this year and had the miscarriage on April of this year so I had always had my regular euros all doctors told me is that I had endometriosis but after I had the miscarriage it’s been crazy I have not got my period regularly like I used to this is nerve raking it’s been from appointment to appointment because there trying to get my period again like it use to . could it be something serious that happened while I was pregnant has this happens to anyone else this never happened to me before so know I’m wound wrong if I have something else with the endometriosis but I could imagine I was always ovulating because I didn’t need any medication or help to get pregnant the first time.
