Dilated at 36 weeks?

Question

Ladies, have any of you been 3 cm dilated at 36 weeks and make it all the way to 39-40 weeks? 🤔
I was told today I'm 3 cm dilated and need to go back tomorrow to check my cervix again and that I need to rest and not do much.
I also have gestational diabetes, really want my baby to develop in there the most it can.

My mama was dilated at 5cm at 34 weeks and they didn’t think she would make it till the next morning. HA I showed them all wrong. I was 9 days late and my mom had to be induced. She had me in 8 hours though 👍🏻😂

I was dilated a 3 at 36 weeks. Gave birth at 37. Baby was nice and healthy too. Prayers 💜🙏🏻

I was dilated 4cm for the last few weeks and still had to be induced.

I’m almost 3 cm and 60% effaced at 34 weeks lol it doesn’t mean much
