Should I be upset? /Rant.

Long story short.

My first Christmas with my boyfriend. I gave him six gifts, from the six, I gave him a special important meaningful gift where I told him “I love you and your my everything” inside the item. (He lost it 2-4months ago, which broke my heart and actually made me cried). He only give me a blanket. Said he was sorry that he only got me the blanket because he didn’t have enough money. I told him it was okay and that I understood. Later to find out, it was a lie because he had brought other items but for himself including things like a helicopter toy. & that he got my blanket from a deal of “get two for the price of one”. & he stay with the other blanket. After he lied that he didn’t have enough money. Also have in mind he didn’t buy anyone else presents. So he had money.

This year (second Christmas together), I only got him one present since it was expensive & it was something that he really wanted. He loves it which made me really happy. What did he get me for Christmas? NOTHING. He said that he didn’t get me anything because he didn’t know that to get me. WHICH WAS A LIE AGAIN! he knew I wanted a hoodie even showed him the one I wanted. He even said it was nice. But nothing. I honestly would have been okay with another blanket since it would have kept me warm.

Ps. Don’t get me wrong I actually like the blanket since it keeps me warm. I love anything that will keep me warm because I’m always cold.

So, am I right to get upset that he keeps lying? Or am I a bitch for making a big deal out of nothing? Idk.
