Heat and pregnant

Where I am it's summer and today was 40 degrees 104 fareneight I think

My house has no air conditioning and I sweat and feel the heat so much, I had three cold baths during the day but still felt extremely hot and bothered.

Would the heat have hurt my baby at all ? I don't think my body temp hot too high or anything just extremely hot and humid and sweaty, I did feel a bit dizzy because of it but I had an ice block and tried to cool myself down.
