Are my HCG levels normal? No fertility treatment or medications.

We have twins all along my mother’s side of the family, my sister had twins with her second pregnancy. I know beta levels can’t predict multiples and each person’s levels are different but can’t help but wonder if it is possible that we may be expecting more than one?
