Streptococcus agalactiae in early pregnancy

Did anyone had streptococcus agalactiae found in urine in early pregnancy? I’m 9w3d and freaking out. I had it in previous pregnancy which ended in MMC at 11 weeks.

Can it cause miscarriage?

Did anyone had it in early pregnancy?
