Very light period help

So I had my tubal 3 and a half years ago. My husband and I have been trying natural methods to conceive before me getting a reversal in February. This month my period is 8 days late. I took a test yesterday evening just to be on the safe side and it was negative. I chalked it up to stress because well I have 5 kids and alot of that lol. Now today I thought I was starting my period and its completely different than my cycles have EVER been. I was very very light and a light pink in color and I'm only cramping a very tiny bit that goes away easily. Normally I'm extremely heavy and dark and in the bed for days from pain. Any idea or advice. what could be going on?
