Non-backpack diaper bags?

Most of the diaper bags I see are backpacks, which I realize are super popular right now. I actually hate wearing backpacks and we already have a few that my husband uses (for day trips or for his work). Since we already have something for him, I’m looking for a nice purse-like diaper bag that isn’t huge but can fit a lot of stuff. I’m ok spending 100-150 since I’ll use it for many years (FTM and planning to have more). I’m also ok with messenger-style bags

Any recommendations or things to consider with a non-backpack diaper bag, like thick straps etc? Or ideas for converting any existing purses to a diaper bag? TIA!! 🤗
